Admir resolved any issues I had immediately and was able to fully answer and explain any questions I had. He did a great job and I would be happy to work with him again. In reference to the invoice, I originally came in for a 60,000 mile check. The invoice did not list out each line item that was checked and instead referenced “customer states…etc etc”. My concern is that the technician did not complete all of the items that are listed in the Toyota app for the 60,000 mile check since that work is not referenced on the invoice.

I could not call the number or the texter. The texter did not answer my question about my air filters. He did not ask when i was getting my truck and when i got there my truck was locked. You still have a set of my keys. I work til 630 as a nurse with no flexibility to get my truck. Poor communication lack this time. Disrespectful to not answer or allow a customer to get thru. Usually ok but i need you to send 6149 key to me asap. Very rude i felt. But my techs who worked on truck, thanks!!

I came in for an oil change. When asked if there was anything else I was concerned about I mentioned my horn is wonky. Came to pick up my car and oil was not changed and horn wasn’t fixed. Only confirmed that yes the horn needs service. A full work day later after leaving a voicemail and trying to get ahold of frank I haven’t received any information regarding how the ball was dropped. Finally after work at 510 on Thur I call the main department line to speak to anyone and was told no one was around and the would call me back tomorrow. I doubt it…. Very disappointed in the communication and the lack of care. I’ve always avoided big dealerships to avoid this exact passing of the responsibility. 2 Uber rides and 2 hours of work missed just to find out that they listened to my horn honk and confirmed it dosent sound like its operating correctly.

I had a cracked rear turn signal cover that I had taped and had pass inspection last year that got labeled a safety fail for the inspection this year causing me 300$ and a week without the car. Also some rust on the unused rear brakes meant that they had to be replaced for 580$ with the suggestion that I need to slam on the brakes more often.

I dropped my car off at 745am. Got this text at 1102am. Update: Hi Jason, I'm just checking in to see if you have any questions or concerns. Don't hesitate to text me if you do! Miles Rowen I responded immediately at 1102 with two questions about my car. I didn’t get a response from Miles until 340pm, saying he didn’t see my message. I even tried calling to get an update around 2, but operator said miles was busy. Not the best responsiveness. Not very good communication
