Caleb was communixative, clear, but most of all very kind. He offered to stay late to be sure I was able to pick up my vehicle safely. I insisted that was not necessary, but it’s honestly nice that he was willing to go the extra mile.

I scheduled a service appointment and the team didn’t have record of it. I dropped my car off at 7:30am and paid for a cab to get to and from work. The service team couldn’t actually do the repair that I brought my car in for.

Felt like I was way overcharged for the ammount of time for service. I was also there at 715 and had cars pull in front of me and get service first. There needs to be some sort of order at the begining of the day. I was also there from 715 until 4 today. For an inspection tire swap. Was told I needed brakes at 830 and didn't get my car until 415.

I left my key with a case. However I picked up the vehicle and the case was removed. At first I panicked. The case was placed safely in the car. Next time I will remove the case prior to dropping off. Just a misunderstanding. Everything else was stress free and a job well done. Thank you

After receiving info on brake issues on both sets of brakes I told heritage I would be talking to Vermont tires regarding heritage report and my bill regarding heritage issues with front brakes causing click noise and needling lubrication and letting me know back brakes needed lubricatio and did not have clips on pads.
I went to Vt tire and they ckd for clips which were there and they warranty all even lubrication for 2 years. I feel heritage should have never charged me for lubrication and fixing issue with front brakes due to just getting them changed within a year and only 8,000 put on those breaks. Vt tire commented that my back brakes looked great with hardly any wear.

I let the service department know of a medical appointment I had days in advance and asked about a loaner or rental to use during my appointment and nobody would assist me to arrange for any vehicle or transportation. Day of appt I was still treated like “tough luck” as they were over an hour behind and because I was early I was told “all these people are already waiting”. Not impressed on how I was treated as a heritage customer.
