I was led on about the status of my truck for almost a month before finding out nothing had even started and parts had not even been ordered. I am still waiting for my truck after being with Heritage for almost 3 months.

Caleb Longe demonstrated genuine concern regarding my RAV4 warning system that came one the very day my car was serviced. I was given a flexible day and time to come back for check. Upon checking in I was told about possible service charge, which don’t think was fair…. but after an extended wait and check done I was not charged additionally.
I really appreciate all your work and service. It was very considerate.
This is just one more reason why I stay with Toyota. I will share my positive experience with family and friends.

The parts for my service were supposed to have been ordered ahead of time. I was told they were; they were not. I traveled an hour, left my car, and was not even looked at until the end of the day, and only after I made contact at 3:30 after not hearing anything did I find out my car couldn’t be worked on, nor were the parts ordered. I can go in and write a novel about this and the frustration it caused bust I’ll stop here. It was beyond frustrating, and the miscommunication was appalling. Feel free to call me if need be.

The actual technical service is probably fine. However, I waited 2 1/2 hours before service tech came to the waiting area and told me they hadn’t even started the work yet! If I’d chose to continue to wait, there would have been there another 3 1/2 to 4 hours required to wait. I
decided to do only the differential service as a result. Over all the wait time to complete service was very Unsatisfactory…. Perhaps it would help if I was offered some compensation because my time is also valuable.

I am told to return in two weeks to see if and where my air conditioning system has a leak. Freon was added to the system at this system check. It has never had Freon added since it was purchased in 2009, so I’m hopeful it simply needed refreshing.

One caveat: that after a day or two, the check-engine light and other warning signals do not flash again! Because of a break in my RAV4’s wiring, my car was towed to Heritage’s service department. My service advisor linformed me the car was being checked in, and a week later, informed it was ready. Kudos!
