Charity did an excellent job. She was accommodating, and very friendly. However, my appointment was at 9:45 AM. I arrived a bit early, but that is OK. Because I had a specific appointment. I am willing to grant that it might take 15 to 20 minutes beyond my appointment time to get my vehicle into the shop. So, now, we are at 10 AM or perhaps 10:05 AM. All I had was Vermont inspection. At 11:15, one hour and 30 minutes after my appointment time I went and asked for an update on my vehicle. It took about five minutes and then I was told it would be another 10 minutes of waiting. I was told That it was because the wheels had to be taken off to evaluate the brakes. I understand that, but now we are at almost 2 hours after my arrival time. During the time that I was waiting, I should have received updates. A person, should have come to me and said,”We are a bit behind, we are sorry, we will keep you updated.” This would have been totally acceptable to me. I should not have had to initiate a request for an update. I counted at least seven people in the receiving area, who could have looked at a computer and relayed any information to me. I am truly sorry to report a negative evaluation, however, believing you are interested in improving your business, please take note.

3 hours for an oil change and state inspection. Apparently someone forgot to drive the vehicle in to the service bay and it sat in a spot marked “no parking” for an hour and a half. Heritage did make it right by not charging me for the oil change. That’s two consecutive visits that were comped because Heritage screwed up. I’ll be watching closely for oil leaks.
