I called & got my appointment, the nice person brought me home, and 5 minutes after I got home, they called and told me my Yukon was ready to be picked up! If I didn’t need the update, why didn’t they tell me instead of making me an appointment! They weren’t supposed to do the update till the next day, she told me they had no openings for today! The only issue is when I call I cannot talk to a person at the store where I do business. Instead I talk to a call service, or receive a pre-recorded message. I don't like that. You can afford to employ a receptionist to take calls at each store.

No we were not happy .. we were overcharged also there were some factors that were not explained last time correctly to my father .. also my car is still not fixed it’s still shaking and this is not the first time with the vehicles not being fixed correctly!! My father had to take his brand new Tahoe back over 3 times !! The cape shop needs some better training , they need to take some training from the Jefferson city shop ! This is not acceptable!
