I was pleased to get a tire, but am confused why it doesn’t look like the other 3 on the car. I expected it to look brand new, but it looks older than the other 3. The brand and numbers are the same, but why doesn’t it look at least as good as the other 3 that have been on the car since I bought it. Did I really get a “new” tire? Just curious. Would appreciate feedback.

I would like to know when you started charging customers for shop supplies? I am very disappointed with this and will certainly let others know to be aware of this policy. Do you charge every customer for shop supplies? When I asked for you to explain the charges on my statement, shop supplies was conveniently skipped over. Would you please send me a list of the shop supplies that I was charged for? I left a message and ask for a return call, but did not receive one. Thank you for giving me a chance to express my disappointment and concern!
