My car is not fixed and is still there. After I paid, I didn't get out of the parking lot before the exact same problem happened. I turned around and had to drop my car back off and get a ride back home, 45 mins away. I have not received a refund for work that has obviously not been done correctly.

Did a meticulous inspection to make sure there was no damage and that the newest tire was just off some compared to the others due to the weather and age difference. Reassured me that it wasn't a bother or time hog since I was worried about customer time being taken up by my worry. The time between the tech finding and telling me his conclusion and her calling was less than a half hour difference so she was really on top of it, especially with her big workload.
