Service team was excellent. I broke down at 3 am. When I called the dealership at Cape Girardeau at opening, I actually received the O’Fallon desk. Adrian from O’Fallon scheduled me into the local dealership for an appointment. I was at the Frank Leta’s service department shortly after opening. Testing and eliminating possible issues was immediate. Correct Diagnosis of the problem was quick. (Not just because they read the diagnostic tool…. From actual experience ) They advised me of the process and costs, then expedited the repair. The customer lounge was comfortable. I was hauling a livestock trailer with 2 young calves when I broke down. The service team accommodated the trailer parking in a safe location so I could keep an eye on the calves. (I’m almost sure the service department arranged for a cool, breezy day to keep the calves comfortable. Haha) Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. If I didn’t live hours away, I’d want to come to your facility for all my vehicle work. I will plan to only break down near you. Ha! The local tow service was beyond accommodating too. The working relationship of tow & service was nice to see.

Did not call with a timely estimate. Had to call and or text. Then left the vehicle an additional day to have an oil leak evaluated and after 24 hours was not completed, but we had to call & wait for a call back, but got a text instead saying we could come pick up the vehicle & make a return appointment. Not good,Customer Service .
Plus the phone system disconnects you after a few minutes when you pick to speak with a representative.

I think the prices are high. The oil was changed. I requested that the windshield washer fluid be checked. No mention was made that it was. I requested that the antifreeze be checked. No mention was made that it was.
My seat position was changed by whoever worked on my car and the seat was not returnegd to the oringinal position. Now i can’t return my seat to my original position. I brought my car in to have an oil change and was asked to have my cabin filter changed and was also advised to change the air filter so instead of paying for an oil change my bill was $247. That seems excessive. I also requested a tire check to see if i needed new tires. I was not told whether i needed new tires or not. The job was finished in one hour. I was happy about that

The last 2 times I came in for the same problems sat in the back for 21/2 hours the first time and 3 the second with no updates, I assumed that someone was working on my car, but was not and I drove off both times the same way I came in.
Then that it needed this cylinder that you still have I paid for I’m assuming?
One of the other customers sitting in the back said the same thing had happened to him a few weeks ago.

I spent three hours waiting for my vehicle to be examined. It cost me $150.00 just to find out what was wrong and it was going to cost me $550.00 to do what was suggested. Most places evaluate you vehicle for free. What's up with that?

The communication between your call center and dealership is terrible. Let the customer call and talk with its own dealership and service department. This lack communication has costed me a third trip to the dealership for service and recalls. My first GMC. Happy with the truck but already over your service department.
