I went to get a simple oil change and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership of this caliber. I will NEVER come back to Frank Leta!!!

My check engine light came on 1 week after purchase of the vehicle and the service department couldn't find the reason for the light. Also, they drove my vehicle to shuttle me and said that they would fill the gas tank because they didn't have a loaner vehicle for me, but they didn't.

Very disappointed that the mechanical shop didn’t have the right tools to fix my car. They didn’t even do a diagnostics check on the car. Just received a text telling me they couldn’t finish the job due to not having the right tools. Seriously?! What major dealership doesn’t have the right equipment. Will never buy a car from this dealership!

This is the second time I have tried to be overcharged for an oil change and tire rotation.
I booked both appointments through the Buick app at one price and get told a higher price at the dealer.
I spent $28,000 on a brand new vehicle with your company and this is disappointing.
If this happens again,
I will probably be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service and definitely won’t return when I purchase another vehicle.
I am not mad just disappointed.
