The service center was great. However, getting the extra key fob for my vehicle was very unsatisfying. I had to wait more than 2 months for it to be sent to the dealer, then had to drive back down for them to set it up. Not the type of experience a customer deserves or wants.

I dropped my vehicle on Friday at 2:30 PM, When I did not hear anything from the service department, I called around 5:40 PM only to learn that everyone had left and there couldn’t be anything that could be done. I was stranded for the entire weekend without a vehicle. 1. If it was going to take that much time, I could have been informed and I would have booked another appointment 2. For whatever reason if the vehicle could not be serviced by closing time, I could still have been informed and could be prepared for the situation and alternative for the weekend. There could have been a number of situations that could’ve happened, including medical emergency. Such a negligent approach from a reputable dealership and firm is not expected. The service department should make people sign disclaimers that they do not believe in timely service and customers are on their own or someone else need to make others aware.

This was the third time we had the vehicled in fir the same problem(battery low) and had to be jumped to start. The first time they told us it was a loose battery connection and the problem was solved. The second time(within a month time) the said it was a low battery. We asked them to change the battery and the said there was no need. This last time. The service rep said if it happened again they would replace the bsttery The car did not start again and had to be jumped to start. Took it in again and the said it was not the battery after they had it on a charger for an hour and a half and it was still not fully charged. I told them to replace the battery anyway and was charged for replacing the battery. If you had replaced the battery the first time we would not have had to waste several hours all three times waiting on the repair.

Tobias was extremely helpful. I asked Tobias to inform me of a few things that the service department used to service my truck. He got that information to me quickly, and in a professional manner. Tobias went about in a cheerful manner, putting his customers at ease. I’m glad the Tobias was assigned to take care of me and my truck.

I come in for an oil change a while back and was told I need a cv axle replacement. I made an appointment to get it fixed and the day comes and the part was never ordered so I had to reschedule. Flash forward to todays appointment I dropped it off at 10:15 to have cv replaced , alignment put on vehicle, and tires rotated. Took 2.5 hours to say they are not sure if cv axle is the right size or will be a correct fix so I said to just do the alignment and rotation. After another 2.5 hours I was told that it was not recommended until new tires so I just said that’s fine because I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours for work to be done. Very frustrated with waiting 5 hrs and having nothing done.

They were able to get me in pretty promptly because there was nobody there at the time. However, I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to get my battery replaced. Other than that it was fine. I will return in the future.
