I was charged $110 to diagnose why I was losing air in my tire, and to remove a nail. However air was not added so it was still low when I left the dealership, and I had to take it somewhere else to have air added. For the amount charged, the tire should have been inflated to the GM recommended amount as part of the process.

This is my 3rd time bringing my car to the shop. Initially I came as I was getting a code regarding the catalytic which I got a code for as well as an oil change. Upon inspection I was told I also needed 2 new tires , issue with camshaft and alignment. I had those things complete and was still having issues with my car. Upon return I was then told I needed a catalytic converter and there was an issue with the water pump. The water pump was not mentioned on the first visit and the catalytic converter was not acknowledge at the first service . I returned my car again to have these issues fixed where I am now being told the engine light is still on because there is a hole in the exhaust pipe and an oil leak oil pan issue. Issues that were suppose to be fixed at the time the catalytic converter was fixed per the inspection .

I was not happy that I came back at the agreed-upon time my vehicle supposed to be ready and it was not done. I had a friend go out of their way to take me back there to pick up that vehicle and no one has even bothered to call me and tell me that it was not going to be ready on time. They did explain to me what happened, but I was not very appreciative of the fact that when they found first thing in the morning the incorrect part was there, they did not call me and update me so I can rearrange my ride schedule.

My oil change sticker is set for 5k miles but the sales lady told me the oil is changed every 10k miles. My dashboard controls were not set back to my original setting and I’m not sure how to change it.

My service is not done. Service Department never looked at it. My appointment was for 2:00pm and I picked it up at 4:30pm and was advised that they never got to it.
