Adaptive cornering lights have stopped working. Failure light on dash is illuminated. Ms Marks advised they have never seen this before. She advised further her tech says it’s no big deal and light would go off. On morning of 3/7 I called Ms Marks and informed her what the light meant. I asked her to research the possible cause. She took my phone number and has yet to call me back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any car dealership. Worst workmanship I’ve ever experienced at any car dealership. My parts were shipped on 2/9/24. I never received confirmation via text/email/phone that my parts were in until I called to verify 2.5 weeks later. Then I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Then I can’t get the answers I want via text. I’m finally able to verify my parts are in and schedule install. It took over three hours to install front/rear splash guards and a rear all weather cargo liner. I’m not satisfied at all. The solash guards look like an amateur install with gaps between the guard and car body. The rear cargo liner was not installed correctly. I called and left a message for the service manager on 3/1. Today is 3/5 and still no return phone call. I will never do business with Frank Leta GMC. Worst hands down.

Kept car overnight and did not let me know!!! No communication as to what is being done. Don’t think they even looked at it on day one. After several texts they tell me on day two that they THINK it is a muffler and they don’t do that! No communication! Will look elsewhere! Van Matre was GREAT-you are Very poor for service! I really like GMC but they have caused me to think another brand!

I initially came in for a Missouri state inspection and an oil change. My vehicle failed the inspection because of the tie rods being bad. I came back Wednesday the 28th to get that fixed. I asked for the mechanic who replaced my tie rods to put the old parts in my trunk. I am a blacksmith by trade and good steel is always a good find. The parts were not placed in my trunk. Not that big of a deal. I paid for my repair and went on my way. I got home to discover that my oil had not been changed. Now I have to reschedule a service visit to get my oil changed. I work 12 hour night shift and live in Sikeston. Now I have to drive back to cape again and wait to get my oil changed. Then come back to Sikeston. I only have so much time to sleep and now I have to loose sleep to get that done. Other than that oi am very happy with your service department.
