I came into the dealership with what seemed what was a wiring issue. It then turned into a 9 week issue with the dealership ultimately falling short on multiple occasions. Very poor communication, lack of knowledge about the vehicle and parts, and overall felt like I was not important during this entire process. Not only was my vehicle not completely fixed, there was trash left in my vehicle by the technicians (half full Red Bull can, bolts and screws left, and paper towels covered in oil left behind). This is by far the worse experience I have ever had to endure.

Took to long to find my truck after service, did not put sticker on windshield for next oil change and couldn’t use my debit card properly because the system was not working never had this much with VanMatre...hopefully these miscues are addressed.

I dropped off my truck on October 28th for a diagnosing. We received a call on Thursday afternoon that the technician believed it needed anew engine and there was metal in oil. After waiting 5 days for more information or a call back we stopped by to talk with the service advisor, we found that the back window was left down in my truck on the lot for those five days, plus my husband checked oil and it was clean. We talked to the service advisor that had no more information on when they would be working on truck or when they could get it in. My husband stopped by on Friday October 13th and asked if he could see the keys for a minute and proceeded to leave in truck. No one has ever contacted us to see if there was a problem or even to make sure it wasn’t stolen. This was the most unorganized facility I have ever been in. Since it has changed ownership the quality service department is gone. Phone is never answered. No one is ever in the office and tech stories are horrible. We have owned a shop in cape for 26 years and would not have a business if it was run this way. Also to sum up this experience it was misdiagnosed. We knew what was wrong when we bought it in but since it only had 8000 miles on it that’s why we brought it in for warranty.
