I wasn't completely satisfied,it happened to be Will 's day off ...if he was there I'm totally confident that I wouldn't have had such a bad experience...thinks happened so I'm letting it go ,I'm waiting on my $200 check I was promised for paying for a diagnostic test and being told there was nothing they could find that could solve problem , Will said if you hear the noise bring it back and I did ,and they found the problem...so no I'm not totally satisfied with the service,however I've purchased 5 cars and have been using this dealership for 20 years,saying that I expected better service especially from the manager of the service department,but he did take time to tell me he was extremely busy and he apologized...

Good morning, I hope you’re doing great today. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and have been extremely satisfied, but yesterday I was not at all satisfied… I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t receive it. I know this because the day before I came in I had to put air in one of my tires. (and put too much) so if they rotated my tires that one would have been in the front not still in the back on the same size. Had I not done that I would've been riding around thinking I had my tires rotated. ( I was very unsatisfied ) I called William back and told him, he said I could come back in but I had made it home before I noticed it.
