I’ve waited for my just Oil Change&Tire Rotation for 3 hours. While it takes only 45 minutes. It happened due to poor Management and ended up by Mechanics. I didn’t go to work that day, cause it took more than it should’ve and I got late. Atleast, I could’ve been warned that your’re busy today and it might take longer. From now on, I will do my Oil Change by myself. It was a good lesson.

I had a appointment at 9:30 am. The looked at the car around 11 am. They told me the cost and told me it would be ready in 1 hour. I explain to the service advisor that I had to get back to work by 1pm. I didn't get the vehicle back until 2:20. I asked the service advisor ( not the one who gave me the estimate) he said he didn't know. This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience with the ADVANTAGED service. I am through with you guys

The service was completed in a very timely manner however my car was not washed which usually happens when weather permits. There waiting room was not crowded so there was no push for time

When I was talking with the representative that was waiting on me, he never acknowledged me with the questions that I was answering him. He was listening, but he never acknowledged me that poor customer service never wanted to respond with a yes, or no dealing with customers you don’t have to stay behind, but you have to acknowledge them because if it wasn’t for the customer, they would be there working as many vehicles I had purchased from Toyota the service that I received now, and I’m not satisfied
