I expressed to the shop manager (i forgot his name but he was dressed in all black and was there Wednesday the 21st at 3PM) that U had a super long wait the first time. He had me out with a car wash in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 thank you!!

I did a survey earlier regarding this visit. I later saw more attachments to the email sent which still didn’t show a completed multi point inspection sheet like the example shown in survey.
It also said the following: INSPECTION AND TOP OFF FLUIDS; REPLACE CABIN AIR FILTER ON CAMRY, HIGHLANDER, AVALON AND TACOMA ONLY.
I don’t understand why my cabin air filter was replaced if this is the case.
