They had called and said they had the part for my Air Bag, but when they said they were finished I was told the air bag was not fixed. I was told some wiring was done but not sure what was wired. The second time I returned,they actually fixed the airbag problem. I just got this Rav4 2021 in November and have had a lot of problems with it. The next day after I purchased I had to bring it back in. I really want another vehicle. Very disappointed with Toyota for this to be a certified pre-owned vehicle.

Why weren't the extra items that were found to be repaired not covered under Toyota care? It was my understanding that ALL scheduled repairs would be covered, inclundthe hbac and the fuel injection system. If this is covered, I will come back for this service

Symone was AMAZING. She had very good customer service. The only change I would have made to my service appointment was after communicating with Toyota via text message regarding the issue that needed immediate attention, I would have liked some sort of communication or verification letting me know that they received my approval. For example, after I sent the approval for the engine air filter change, I would have liked "ok Ms Bishop, we received your approval and ur engine air filter will be changed" or maybe they could have sent an updated video showing that they made the change because those videos are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I do realize for the technicians to stop and make a video is very time consuming, however they are worth it for the peace of mind of the customers so THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE TECHNICIANS WHO ACTUALLY USE THEIR HANDS TO SERVICE OUR VEHICLES.

Aric was the only intake attendant on staff. He was very professional, polite, and attentive. When he came to share vehicle status with the clients, he didn’t yell out names. He knew which client belonged to the vehicle. He was very calm and not pushy about needed services. My vehicle was serviced quickly. Normally I’m there for hours and the staff was nothing to remember. I am not a new client. I was looking for a new place to service my vehicle but I think I’ll stay because of the service I received today. I usually don’t do surveys but I was delighted to share my experience.

Everything went well they kept me updated on what they were doing. I could see from my phone it took while but I was satisfied. I have bought my last three cars from TOYOTA and I’m fully satisfied. I am sad though that they start making the car that I love the AVALON !!!!!! I had the 13, 15, & the 17 best car ever
