I paid for $2000+ for various services. Some not planned. I was quoted a price and when my vehicle was ready the price was different. The representative present at the time, assisted when getting the bill closer to my budget. Not pleased, but I settled. Going over my invoice, no oil change! $2000 and no oil change. New tires and front brakes. Where is my warranty? I haven't been to this service department in years, but pass practice was to receive a complimentary car wash. This did not happen.

Very unsatisfied with the service I recently received. I went for my 25,000 miles maintenance. Oil change was done along with top off fluids and tire rotation. After driving my vehicle I noticed a noice coming from the front tires. At first, I thought that the noise was coming from a nearby car, after driving the vehicle a couple more miles, I came to realize that the noise was actually coming from my vehicle. Moreover, after taking my vehicle to get inspected by another Toyota dealership, the outcome was that the tire lug nuts were finger tighten. Not only did I risk my life but more importantly my family’s life with this incident!

We were there for 3 hours with no communication of the status of my car. I even asked a question via the text message I was sent and didn't get a respone. When I called 3 times, I was sent to voice mail once, switched around twice and finally asked if I wanted to leave a message. I received a call After I had already picked up my car. I had to get up and find the service guy to get info on what was going on with my car and approve the work. It took 5 hours. Not acceptable

Symone ALWAYS provides top tier service every time I have my vehicle serviced at Advantage Toyota. I told her my issue with oil leaking after I spent over $1000 within the past 2.5 weeks at Advantage completing all recommended maintenance (no issues with oil leaks prior to last service) and she got to the root of the problem which could have potentially resulted in major issues for me if not taken care of plus I was preparing to travel out of town.
