I am quite a bit disappointed with my experience on yesterday 06-25-2024. I was not told in advance that they were going to do a tire rotation on my car when I had one done on 06-03-2024 along with a 4 wheel alignment. Also I was not told of any recommendations for my car ????. They sent me a text with the recommendations which I didn't read until I got home, when I was there in the building and they could have told me in person. NO EXCUSES. I have been getting my car serviced there for a while and this is the first time that I am VERY VERY disappointed.

Simone provided excellent service, however it makes no sense to schedule an appointment and still have to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change, then Toyota wants to overcharge for every service provided.

Excellent service. My tech the young lady was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and extremely pleasant. She was honest and forth coming! Hard to find these days. I would highly recommend!!
