1. I was quoted one price over the phone to change my headlight bulb but, I was charged 6 times the quoted price. Carl quoted $45 to replace headlight bulb, but it ended costing me $240. I confronted Eric about the price disparity, but the only thing he told me was that he did not know that my car uses special light bulb. You know what, he should have know. That's his job. 2. It was customary for your dealership to wash customer's car after repairs, but for the last 3 ti.es my car was not washed. Why? I noticed your employees washing other people cars. Gerald Toyota stillwater customers car.

Brandon Jones wasn't professional and he was arrogant. I arrived at ARO at 715am for my 730am appointment. He took my car and at about 830am, I was a bit concerned because I had to go to work. So I went to the location where I dropped my car off and another nice gentleman was kind enough to help me check the status and he updated me. He advised that it should be ready in about 15mins to 20mins. I came back out at about 850am. I went to Brandon and he wasn't really interested in what I had to say or the fact that I really needed to leave for work. After my car was finished, I signaled to him that I need to leave, he kept telling me to he needed more time, and I asked him for what? My car has been parked outside and you are still wasting my time by keeping me standing here, He kept acting like he was busy. I am right across from himm.. I crossed over to his work station and I told him that I need to leave for work, can he just give me my paper work, that I will take it to the lady on the otherside myself. He ignored my request and kept shuffling papers around. To be honest I told myself that I will never return back to Advantage Toyota. Brandon is a bad representative for Advantage Toyota. He has zero customer service skills and no empathy. He was arrogant and conceited. He should not be interfacing with customers. At 9am he eventually decided to take the documents to the lady, he took 2 documents and proceeded to give the document of a man that came in after I did to the lady first, and gave mine second. But I stood directly in front of the lady, she attended to me first. I had to drop my child off in school before going to work. Brandon J is a horrible man and I never ever want to have any encounter with him. FYI: This isn't the first time. You train your staff on customer service delivery. It is vital for all organizations, most especially when you have employees like Brandon J. Thank you.
