You guys failed on customer service. I had 7:15am appointment and was finished at 10:20. And still all task were not completed. It should not take almost three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I asked for an oil additive to be added and that was not done. I had to come back inside to have it done, and had wait an additional twenty minutes. This is the second and last time this will happen to me.
