My car had a plastic bag **** in under the car and it still smells after getting an oil change. So I concern that it was not taken out so I’m bringing my back to have it looked at because I’m still smell something burning.

20k service. Left off oil cap. Dipstick not replaced fully. Sticker from last oil change left on car floor. Large grease mark on driver door. Texted me before the car was actually finished. Told me to wait in waiting room. Never came for me when done. Woman said “we texted you”. I said “45 minutes ago and the car wasn’t done” She said, “that was in error”. I’m sorry would have been a much better reply. I’m bringing my car back to you tomorrow to have you reinspect the work you did and to change the oil again because there may be debris in there from you not replacing the oil cap. This was Saturday afternoon from 12:45 - 3:00pm. It was obvious you guys just wanted to get out of there.
