2 1/2 hours is entirely too long to get an oil change with an appointment. Also when you send someone information about a March discount of $49.95 the customer should not have to keep proving that the price is not $77.00. From the time I arrived til I went to the cashier your people kept trying to make me pay full price. Not a good experience.
