I have purchased six vehicles over the last 20 years at this Toyota location even prior to advantage taking ownership. I have always had exceptional service and felt like part of the Toyota family. Yesterday, I initially brought in my vehicle for an oil change, and after inspection, I needed additional services a quote for each of the services was sent to me via text. However, when I came to pick the vehicle up, the price had increased well over $100. There was no explanation as to why, and after much discussion with Aric , the bill was adjusted accordingly. My issue is twofold, I service my vehicle, faithfully at Advantage Toyota, and feel as though some of the items identified for corrections should've been caught in the last visit so we could've avoided, perhaps some of the cost. Secondly, I didn't feel very comfortable debating with the service manager about the charges when it was in black-and-white what the quote was. In addition, when I was trying to get it resolved at the cashiers office, I waited in line until my turn. The cashier advised me that she didn't have my paperwork I needed to go back to the service representative. Even though it's only a few feet between the cashiers window and the service representative, I do not feel I should've had to walk back-and-forth several times when this error was not my fault. It seems as though the Toyota representative should have gone out of their way to correct the issue and not require me to be inconvenienced more than I had . I did not feel as though I was a valued customer, no one apologized for the inconvenience because I did drive home and realized the quote was quite different than what I had paid and had to drive back up to Toyota to resolve it.Aric did offer me an oil change for free next visit. I truly appreciated the gesture however, I hope this experience is a one and done and never happens again. It just made me wonder how many other customers are being overcharged for services.

Mr. Jones was a refreshing addition to the service department. he was very professional and has a very positive demeanor, which made me more positive about what I needed to do with my car.
