Kay was awesome. However it took Lexus over 2 hours to approve replacing my left front tire due to it having a nail in it and it was a slow leak. I have the tire warranty on my 2023 RX it should not take that long for Lexus to approve, especially when I purchased the warranty when I purchased the vehicle. If I he customer has the warranty why does it need to be approved?? Kay was great and kept me informed.

I waited 2.5 hours for my scheduled 10k maintenance. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I’ve never waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When the advisor came to me as soon as I arrived, he showed me the lounge and said someone will let me know about the maintenance. No one came up to me. After waiting 2.5 hours with no follow up from an advisor, I directly went to an advisor and asked what’s taking so long. Only then I was updated about my car. Though the advisor was apologetic, not having an update about my car from the get go and waiting that long for a scheduled appointment was unacceptable. If I didn’t approach the advisor, I probably would’ve waited longer.
