To be a Lexus, I think the person that wages our cars, are horrible at least they can get the water spots off, or please don’t wash mine after service and they left a **** mark on the passenger back side of my car, need to do a better job, you wants to pick up a expensive Lexus and the was looks horrible

The service representative and the quality of the work done was fine. My concern is that your new system of sending out analytics with recommendations and a required text response is confusing. Our company does tech and the UI/UX is not good. It was not clear that I needed to look through te detailed report and make selections - without the benefit of speaking with the service rep. Without making these choices, my car would have sat, waiting. When I spoke with him, I got much more in depth understanding of the report. Not his fault - I think it is the process and I understand it is a relatively new system.
