I appreciated the service I received from Bryce. He was a consumate professional. Don also engaged the transaction with sincerity and integrity. I felt most comfortable with my purchase.
I did not appreciate the sentiments of racial bias I received from the east Asian woman outfront upon my arrival to the property. She appeared almost pensive, very unfriendly. I also did not appreciate the way the Hispanic woman (larger build), stared at me without speaking or any pleasantries, while I waited in the lobby for Don. Had I not been referred to the Don at this particular dealership, I would have left. I consider these two encounters wholly unacceptable!
I believe that there should be some accountability on the part of Lexus.
