The experience begins as soon as the customer drives into the lot. Majority of the time the customer waits and stands around, neglected to be acknowledged by the employees who check you in. It’s awkward when they look at you but no one says hello and leisurely walking around doing other things. When I pulled up for my service appointment no one said anything to me. Eventually, one of the employees got in the the first loaner car in the front and moved it up, got in the second loaner car in front of my car and moved it up, then came to me and asked me to move my car up. Why didn’t he check my car in first then move the cars after?! The lack of common sense and customer service first immediately set a bad taste in my mouth and I had just gotten there!
