It was not a pleasant one this time because I have to go back to have my hood fix after a guy from a gas station told me that my hood is not latch.
Tried to close the hood 2x as I used to be very lightly but to no avail so I decided to call ADVISOR GOODING what can I do, then I was told to come back so they could take a look. As soon as I arrived he rushly come to me and took care of the problem and walaa it was done so fast. Only thing next time they should make sure that everything is alright before they tell the customer to come pick it up so not to waste customers time because we also have some agenda listed on our days. But anyway, so far so good now. Have a nice day .

Kay was very nice and informative. So was Cesar and the other young tech who helped me figure out my car features. That said, the espresso you offer in the lounge is better than Starbucks and every coffee house in Las Vegas.

While the whole team treated us with respect, but the solution to our car hasn’t been solved! The courtesy car we drove while our car was in the shop drove smoothly unlike our car. I don’t know what the solution is but for a car as expensive as a Lexus is, it should drive better than a pickup truck! That’s the only way I can describe how our car drives.
The brakes are very touchy in that if you press too hard it almost throws you into the windshield. That issue also did not get resolved. Again, I don’t know what the solution is but it would be nice to find solutions!
