Was told it would take two hours to change the oil replace filter rotate the tires but 4 1/2 hours later I had to ask where is the car was being washed which I did not ask for since I washed it the day before so my suggestion would be give a realistic ETA in the future and I could Uber home and Earn money driving for Uber sitting there watching TV for 4 1/2 hours

Despite having an appointment waited 30 minutes in the car line to then be sent inside to wait another 20 minutes before having advisor. When I asked my advisor future appointments if there was a different day or time I should book next time to avoid a near hour long wait Kristen told me “we are a busy dealership you just have to wait”. She then told me it would be 5 hours before my service would be completed despite the call center when I made the appointment I was told it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours. I also witnessed a see advisor tell another customer when the customer politely and calmly asked how long his service would take yell at the customer that it always takes time, customer asked how long if he came back on Monday and this advisor YELLED just get back in your car. ( do not know this advisor’s name but he is a heavy set Hispanic man who’s desk is in the corner on the way to lobby). Strongly recommend you figure out wait times but at minimum warn people of reality and most importantly coach your advisors to not yell.

I asked to have my timing belt checked, but I did not get a report on this. My Lexus reports that the timing belt was changed recently at a different Lexus location before I bought the car, but there is no sticker indicating the work was done. I forgot to ask about the status of the timing belt when picking up my vehicle, as I was taken aback by a large quote for the work to be done (all 4 wheel bearings). I asked which bearing was in the worst shape so I could start there, and Henry would not share this information with me. The said all wheels sounded “noisy”, but Henry could not share which wheel had the most play and which one I should start start with. Also, I took the GX to 2 other independent Lexus/Toyota shops and both shops said I only need to have my front driver side bearing repaired. Very disappointed with the service and feel like I should not have been charged $313 to have someone listen to my wheels and not give me my timing belt report.

My car was kept for 2 days for an oil change and 60,000 mile check up. The battery died the next day. When I called to ask if my battery was checked, I was told that was not protocol unless requested. When I checked my Lexus paperwork, it showed the battery had been tested and there were no issues. I was told it would take hours to check the battery. The AAA personnel showed us within minutes that our battery was dead. Also, once car was given the check, it was recommended that I have more work done. Then, I was told it didn’t need to be done right away.
