Absolutely nothing was done to my car other than the tech test driving it and taking my car to lunch. I was told the center console was being replaced, however it was not. My car was brought in on 10/3/24 and I received it on 10/10/24. My leather wheel was gashed and my original issue was never resolved. Craig has committed to making it right however I shouldn’t be in this predicament in the first place if they had simply done what they said they did.

My appointment is 9:00am and i was there 15 minutes earlier. And i spoke to Joel and told the problem of the car. Weak air coming out from thr vent. So he told me he will inform me as soon they find the prob. So i waited at 11:30am i called him but he iwas not in desk so i just left a
Message. 1:30 lpm i called again because he necer return my call i called again and he was not again in his desk. So i asked the operator to relay my message. At around 2:19 pm he texted me telling that the motor #3 needs to be replaced. What i am concern the servixe is very slow. I know if u have an appointment the first thing they do is to endorse my car so they can check the car. If their timenis very important my timenis also important. That is why we make appointment so we will not wait that long just to know the prob and not for me to follow up and just to be ignored. I felt disappointed so i just full out my car. Thank you and i jope this will niot happened again. Have a great day. God blees.
