Labor price is way too high, even though we were well treated as value customer, with the price tag of service item, I have considered either give up the car or ask for second opinion of the services.

We have a warranty issue which we have addressed with the Lexus service team. Since it might be a costly fix they said we should call back on a month if we don't hear back from you. Not sure if this is the correct protocol and hope this will be taken care of timely. If not what are our next options to find resolution?
