Brought my truck in two weeks ago to have it diagnosed with some kind of exhaust leak worked with Todd took him for a ride. He then took somebody else with him for a ride. They diagnosed it as an exhaust manifold when I brought it in today at 8 AM I didn’t hear anything back so I called at four and they told me they left me a message 20 minutes ago, which I never got and that they needed another part a heat shield, which would take a week so nothing was done on my truck. I did receive a text at 9 AM so they did have my number But when I checked with them, they had my wrong address and assume wrong phone number my suggestion is to confirm customer‘s phone number and address before they leave. A little disappointed that it wasn’t diagnosed that it needed a manifold and heat shield on initial visit two weeks ago, but I scheduled another appointment and I will bring it in a week from Friday and we will try it again. I spent 6hrs waiting there. Originally told only 2hrs max, then learned my rear brakes needed to be replaced replaced. Wasn’t made aware that the mechanic would be going on lunch and so extra time this was going to take to replace my rear brakes was lengthened. Messaged back with my phone to ask about an update, but didn’t receive any new information until almost an hour after.

No fault of Zeb’s but the side view mirror part was the wrong color and couldn’t be installed as replacement to broken mirror. This is the 2nd time there’s been a screw up with parts department. I live 30 miles away and it’s inconvenient to have to schedule another visit. Your parts staff could up their game and do a better job.

I have no problem with the service that Lisa provided. She was courteous and tried to help the best that she could. However she was left out of the loop it seems with a temporary fix that could have been done for my warranty issue while I was waiting . The update that I was told would resolve my issue at the time of making this appointment has not yet been released by Toyota so I was told.
