Specifically researched and ordered tires. Other tires were installed without checking in with me first. For such a large purchase I find this unacceptable. Also- was told I needed alignment. Then when I got the call I needed brakes and fluids in differentials and transfer case he says I didn’t need alignment. How can it change from what your computer read out says? My truck is not driving great. It seems to be pulling to the left and I’m fighting the wheel. Very frustrating. And I’m having trouble believing the tire I ordered came in damaged. And told it would be over a week to get in if I decide to change then. Adrian had said they are readily available.
