Made an appointment a week before. Arranged a 7 am drop off as I needed the car back by noon for work. I was told that was the earliest appointment I could make to have my brakes worked on.
I arrived on time and repeated the need for the car to be ready before noon, allowing 5 hours to work on my two front brakes..
I was checked in nit long after.
At around 1130 am I get a call asking me if noon was a hard deadline. I said yes. I was informed that no work had been done on my car because,"we had a lot of winter tires that needed to be mounted that day."
I asked first my car back. No attempt was made by the staff to reschedule and I wonder was there any point of making an appointment as I did do and got bumped for a non emergency alternative.

After waiting for 4 hours for an oil change, tires, and an abs diagnostic test. I was given back my vehicle with seat bolts not securely fastened, no result from the test, and told I should schedule a follow up. And while the service manager tried to rectify the issue, an unsafe vehicle should never have made it out of the service dept., and put my safety at risk as I drove off the lot. Unacceptable.
