I had a scheduled appointment at 8 AM. When I arrived back an hour and a half later my vehicle still wasn’t being worked on. I was told it would be another two hours. I took my truck back clearly you are too busy for me so I scheduled with my local mechanic, who is taking care of my truck. You won’t have to worry about servicing my vehicle unless it needs warranty work.

Not sure why it takes over a hour for a sticker . Then had to wait for cabin filter to be changed . This may have been sped up if instead of a message service person came out and asked me if I wanted it done . Derek's customer skills are very weak.

He approached me and told me that my car needed a service, and said that it was not in the service record. I to him that the car had that service and its in the records. He looked at the record briefly and said he couldn't find it. I bought the car used, and told him I know and have the service record, and the rear diff was done. He looked again and found it, and said I was right, it doesn't need rear diff. He didn't apologize, and moved on as if he hadn't made a mistake. He's a good employee, I can tell. But it came off to me as trying to upsell me a service I didn't need If I hadn't known my service history, he would have sold me a service that had already been done. Its better to apologize, then let me think he wasn't thorough in reviewing care service history and wanting to upsell. I think the service was good, just don't want inaccuracy to cost me time and money. It matters where I take my car.
