Two items for your consideration
1. I received my appointment reminder text 10 minutes after I checked in. Obviously I did not need to reschedule and any reminder would have been helpful in advance of the appointment.
2. On the mechanic inspection sheet the tire rotation was not checked. I inquired and was assured that the tires were rotated and the tech forgot to check that box. This is far more important than some of the other items and should be documented in the service sheet.
