Lisa was amazing. If I was to nitpick, when I call in, the person first to answer and route the call sounded like I was bothering or annoying them by calling in. Not Lisa though. Lisa and the mechanic that sent the videos of my inspection was great, and the basic detail work looks really good too. ????

This isn’t about the job itself but I learned today that the first extra service plan I purchased when I bought the car is about to expire. This is fine of course but it was only brought to my attention by a new employee at my last visit that I had been paying for oil changes instead of utilizing the ones included in my service package. I was booking appointments online so I didn’t realize, however no one said anything when they reviewed what I was requesting. I find it a little disappointing that for as many times as I’ve brought my car in that it took this new employee to alert me to this.

The price quoted on the phone to me for replacing the two front struts and springs on my Sienna was $2200. Then I received the digital quote for $1600+. Then I received an updated quote with after market parts that was $1200. I called a couple of other places, they quoted me $500 for the same work (I just read them your diagnostic so it was accurate). We don’t know what’s going on over there, but this was a terrible experience, and it made us second guess the thousands and thousands of dollars we have spent at your dealership over the last 7 years. Needless to say, we are no longer customers of Aldermen Toyota. Please don’t take the time to tell us how we’re wrong. Be well, and best wishes to your organization.
