Well to start. Told one day and then was lied to saying my car really gave them a hard time and would I like to get a rental for 39.99 so I'm not stranded.. no...she got it approved...It was because a part wasn't ordered in time and came in today NOT my cars fault. I had to tell the young lady who called me that my belt was in that you already had my car. Then... I get my car back..go out to leave for work and find that my back window wiperblade wasn't replaced even tho it was on the video and told needed to be replaced for inspection. I'm not at all impressed with how my service was handled. I'm just going to go buy a wiperblade and have so.eone put it on for free. I'm sorry... not impressed at all this time. Oh...and the car I was loaned..? Expired inspection sticker... really???

I originally was told it would take 1.5 hours. I knew with adding brakes it might be longer but not 3 hours! I was told more than once it won’t be to much longer. I told them I had to be somewhere at noon. Apparently the mechanic left my car to work in another one.
Very frustrating! Communication was not at the level it usually is. I even texted and no reply.

My truck has had an issue since it was new and supposedly there is a case open on my truck or at least that’s what I was told after my last visit. Today the service writer basically dismissed my complaint as normal operating conditions. I’m sorry but telling me his truck runs the same doesn’t make it stumbling and faltering at highway speeds. The service manager is aware of this issue and duplicated it in my truck as well as another on your lot and also agreed that it is NOT what should be considered “normal” operating conditions. I didn’t spend $35,000 to have a brand new truck that runs like it is misfiring because I am trying to maintain my speed. The The dealership has always treated me very well and I am truly appreciative of that but I feel since today was my third attempt at doing something with this that it’s not leaving me much choice but to file a lemon law complaint but again I would have expected Toyota to reach out and try to do something about this unless I have been fed a line of bull and Toyota has never been approached with this but I don’t believe that to be the case as again the dealership has always been up front and honest with me and I have come to expect nothing less. As this is my 14th Toyota, 3 new ones that were purchased from you, I would expect a better reply to my complaint and wonder if the writer even took the time to read old repair orders and what has been done to this point.

Why was my bill $20 more than estimate on an oil change and air filter? Labor charge of $33 to put in filter that took less than 10 minutes? Know that from time you asked for approval to time car was done.

The only concern I have is I mentioned that the brake pedal makes a noise. They said they lubricated it! But the brake continues to make noise! So was it lubracated!
Otherwise service is always great! that’s why we continue to drive down and get our car serviced there!
