Always satisfied. One thing I could suggest is for your techs to always set the message board back to normal after work is done so it doesn't keep saying "maintenance needed." But I will refer to my owners manual.

The service was fine. There were folks who seemed to be unhoused in the waiting room. Huge kudos to you folks for providing them a warm place. I would have chosen another spot to wait if I had known they were there. Absolutely nothing about them, I just can’t be near smokers.
