I have always been completely satisfied with the service at Alderman’s Toyota. And for the most part today was great. My only issue was the handling of the coupons that I was using. One for the oil change and one for new wipers. I was hesitant on the wipers because mine were working fine but decided to take advantage of the savings. When my appointment was done Lisa reviewed my bill and told me she was only able to use one coupon and applied the oil change one as it gave me the greater savings. I asked if the wipers were not put on and she said they still installed the wipers but at the regular price! I was not asked if I wanted them at the regular price. I would not have purchased them today as I wasn’t having any issues. I only wanted to purchase them due to the savings. Lesson learned by me to find out these things before the work is done or ask them to notify me before changes are made from the original agreement. have never had this problem before,

I left a coupon when I arrived and the coupon was not applied to my bill. Also, I was unaware that the closing time. I dropped off my car at 4:00 pm and the building closed at 5. My car was outside unlocked with no keys. Thank goodness there was one person left in the building that gave me my keys. If it was communicated to me when I dropped my vehicle off at 4:00 pm I certainly would have been back before closing. I walked across the road to do my errands and left my phone in my vehicle. I didn’t get any messages because my phone was in the vehicle which should have been evident to the mechanic when he started my car. I figured out how to look at my service record.
