I've already submitted this. I was told it's a industry standard to charge a customer for an ordered part at the time of ordering? And I was told the part was on back order? Maybe a month? I called 3 dealerships and none of them had ever heard of that? And when looking on Google I couldn't find that industry standard either. Very disappointing and I'll be taking my vehicles elsewhere.
