The lady who i booked the appointment with was snarky when I asked about the time frame, so much so I called other dealerships to get my car looked at elsewhere. However, Jeremy and the others in the service shop were super nice and on point. They redeemed Kokomo Honda for me.

The customer service was top notch. Getting work done on your vehicle can be a real drag. Kokomo Honda, especially makes the visits feel like a breeze. Even when they were a little understaffed, they still finished my car in record time, it was clean, fast, efficient work. Anthony was great; he was honest and upfront on timeframes, kept me in the loop, and just had a very family friendly feeling about him.
