Took almost 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. Saw the car sitting in the parking lot and approached worker at desk about it. They could not find paper work, was told to go back into waiting room. Car had two areas that were marked as needing addressed on multi point inspection and it was never mentioned by service member. Called another Honda dealership to have issues addressed.

I saw them pull my vehicle out and never got a text until 40 min later, tech said sorry I had no time to come get you I was there 2 hrs and 20 min. Paperwork was stamped done at 330, text was at 405. They did not clear service message from car so that’s still on and opened my sun roof but shut the inside portion

I wasn't given a copy of the estimate. The amount quoted was significantly less than the final charge. I was so surprised at the amount being charged that I forgot about the email I had received a couple days prior which offered $20 off any service over $150. My bill was over $1,700. I was floored when he told me. That was all the money I had to live on for the rest of the month! Then it turns out that didn't even include the maintenance (oil change) which was what I brought it in for. Apparently, I didn't understand the lingo. When I said "clear the codes" I expected an oil change and clear the maintenance codes showing on the dash. I mentioned that all the problem lights were also on, intermittently. So all they fixed for that amount was to replace fuel injectors. I don't understand what that has to do with the lights that came on (i.e. stabilisation, road departure, trailer something, etc.) but that's what they fixed, and no problem lights are on yet. One last insult was when I came back 2 days later to get the oil changed (for additional charge) I remembered the email and requested to get $20 off the $1700. But because I didn't show the email before the repair, the discount was denied.
