I don’t understand how one place could test my alternator and say it’s bad and another place say it’s working just fine when you both I hope put a load test on the system as I saw the one that said it wasn’t working.

The service was fine. The service advice on future service was not. He told me according to the code, I was due for a rear differential but couldn’t do it today…we scheduled it, only to find out when I got home to put my receipt away, I had the service done early this year. I called and spoke to a different technician, as he was at lunch. Sure enough their records showed the same thing. We cancelled the appointment. Not the best, although it’s fine, and glad I keep good records.
