Jacob was extremely nice. I thought the wait time for diagnostics was way too long! Then another 1 hour before they completed the service. The price was higher than I expected. I was in your waiting area for 3+ hours. With that being said, my CRV runs much better now. So I’m happy.

My husband and I have done business with Kokomo Auto for many years. Their service has always been good, but now it’s great!! They do everything, but roll out the red carpet for you, and all is done in a very timely manner! My husband passed away a year and a half ago, and I’m glad he taught me to do business with such a fine business.
