After my service, I noticed a few nicks in the dash - ones that could happen when dash pieces are removed. I know an exterior walk around is done before service work is performed- maybe an interior scan would be helpful too.

Extremely long wait time; Little to no communication about my delay in service; Lack of explanation about my needed repair
Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue with extremely long wait times. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and was told the technician would be back from lunch at 1:10 pm. My appointment was at 1. No one called me to let me know the start time was going to be delayed. My service was a one hour diagnostic for an oil leak. My total wait was over 3 hours. All I hear is “I am sorry for your wait” every single time I have service. My time is just as valuable as yours, but yet I’m not treated as such.
I have bought all my new cars and had all my service done at Honda for a long time. I’m at a point where I’m ready to find a new car just so I don’t have to deal with this dealership and service center. The service has been doing downhill for a while now. So disappointing! I really like driving a CRV but I’m tired of the lack of attention to detail and the lack of descent customer service with my service at the dealership
