Just for feedback: the new system was okay, but there were a couple items that were not filled in or filled in correctly. Also, an estimate of one hour was given to complete the work, but it was over an hour and a half before we were notified of completion.

Made my appointment online, had to modify it to get everything I wanted done on it, and still when I got there, found out I would have to come back for completion. I understand that the system was being revamped/updated, but no attempt was made to accommodate the error. Not KAW's usually fine standards.
