I schedule my headlight wire harness to be replaced which was diagnosed in September. When I showed up today, expecting to have it done, I waited an hour and half to only be told they did not have the part and I had to come back. It was disappointing as I took the day off of work to get work done on my truck. Management was no help offering only 10% off service for the major inconvenience. I was also quite $410 in September for parts and labor which I was fine paying. Today I was quoted for the same work and it was over $500. I suggest better communication and scheduling. Again, I made an appointment for 11AM, my truck was not moved until noon and it then took 30 minutes to realize there was no part at the shop for the work to be done even though the appointment was for the work to be done (replacing the wire harness). Disappointed in Kari…I will take my business across the bridge

Service was fine but waiting 2.5 hours to have a key made and an oil change was just way too long. Great service but may have to go someplace faster for the next oil change.

From the time I dropped the car off to the time I picked it up it was a hassle. When I made the appt, I reserved a rental car. When I got there, service had no record of that and said I’d need to walk across the street to get the car. I then explained my issues and said I have a service contract. And was then told I would have to pay the entire repair bill and submit my own claim to the service contract company. Both my husband and I worked service for many years and that is not how that works. They just didn’t want to deal with it because it wasn’t a Toyota warranty. Quite difficult to submit a claim when I do not have the part MSRP, the part numbers, or the time that is given by which ever system is used there. I then walk across the street to get my rental. The lady working the rental desk had no idea I had a reservation either. I then had to drive back across the street in order to grab my kids car seats from my car. My husband called later on to talk with the service manager about the warranty and after some back and forth the manager agreed to call into my warranty. However, it didn’t get called in until 2 days after I dropped it off. When I was told it was ready for pick up, I asked if the rental car was covered. He also didn’t know I was in a rental and had to call them back- he then calls me back and said I had to submit my rental invoice myself. I let my husband know what was said and he again calls the service manager. I then pick up my car and my tire pressure light is on which yes is normal for this time of year with the cold weather but seeing how my car was just in the shop and driven today you would think the tech would notice that and throw some air in the tires. My driver rear was 10 lbs low. It truly felt like because we didn’t own a Toyota and didn’t purchase there that our money was no good there. Needless to say. We won’t be back for service or sales.
