I think starting work 45-50 minutes after the appointment without letting someone know they are behind schedule is annoying. Especially when I was waiting there for the work to be done. If they would have told me on check in that they were behind schedule, I could have altered my plans.

I had a 730 am appointment for what I was told on the phone would take half to full hour. At 9 my car was still waiting and I finally left Kari at 11. I had to call work and use vacation time for the lost hours. This to me is unacceptable.
